Preferences & Customization

The Preferences area is where you adjust how Ciaro behaves for you.

Unlike project settings, these options are usually about your personal experience of the product rather than the content of a specific story.

What this area may include

Depending on your account and current rollout, Preferences can include things such as:

  • display or theme-related options
  • notification-related settings
  • onboarding-related controls
  • Script Editor-specific preferences

There is no language setting. Ciaro’s UI is English only. The AI assistant can still reply in Spanish and other languages if you write to it in that language.

Why this matters

Preferences help you shape the product around the way you work.

For example, some users want a cleaner interface, some want different editor behavior, and some want more control over how guidance or onboarding appears.

In some account setups, Preferences may be split across more than one settings page. For example, onboarding and Script Editor behavior may appear as their own subsections instead of one single list.

Practical tip

If you want to change how Ciaro feels rather than what your project contains, Preferences is usually the right place to look first.
