Ciaro uses an email-first sign-in flow.
That means the sign-in screen checks your email address first and then guides you into the correct next step instead of showing every option at once.
What usually happens
- Enter your email address.
- Ciaro checks whether that email is already connected to a login flow.
- The app then shows the appropriate next step.
Depending on your account state, that next step may be:
- entering your password
- setting up a password through your email
- creating an account first
Why this flow exists
The goal is to make sign-in clearer and reduce confusion.
Instead of guessing whether you should log in, register, or reset something, the app helps route you to the right path after you enter your email.
If you already have a password
If your account is ready for password login, you will be prompted to enter it and continue into the app.
If you do not have a password set yet
If your email exists but does not yet have a password-based login set up, Ciaro will guide you into the email flow needed to finish setup.
That usually means checking your inbox and following the instructions there.
If your email is not registered
If the email is not yet associated with an account, the app will guide you toward registration instead.
Practical tip
If sign-in does not work as expected, double-check that:
- you are using the same email you originally used with Ciaro
- you are checking the correct inbox
- you have completed any setup steps from the email flow if prompted
