Logout and Other-Device Logins
If you sign into the same account on another device, you may sometimes be asked to sign in again on the current device.
This is normal account-session behavior and is usually related to how active sessions are managed for security.
What users may notice
You might experience things like:
- being signed out after logging in somewhere else
- needing to log in again on a different device
- prompts that suggest the device is already associated with an account
Why this can happen
This usually happens when the system refreshes or replaces active sessions for the same account.
It is meant to protect account access, not to block normal use.
Logging out
When you log out, Ciaro clears the current session and returns you to the signed-out state.
If you see device or account conflicts
If the app tells you that the device already has an account or appears tied to a different login state, the best next steps are usually:
- sign in with the account you normally use on that device
- use password reset if you are unsure which account is correct
- log out fully and sign back in with the intended account
Practical tip
If you move between devices often, treat occasional sign-in prompts as normal session management rather than as a bug.
