Yes. Available assets can be synchronized into your Premiere Pro project bins, reducing manual download and import work.

Does it preserve the full Ciaro Pro scene and shot hierarchy?

Not yet. The current release syncs available assets into Premiere Pro, while deeper preservation of Ciaro Pro scene and shot structure is still being developed. For now, Ciaro Pro remains the best place to manage that production hierarchy before the editorial handoff.

Is this the old Premiere Pro panel?

No. This is the new UXP-based Ciaro Pro plugin, rebuilt as a broader production tool rather than a simple sequence-import utility.
