Install and connect the Premiere panel

Install

1. In Ciaro, open Account → Integrations and choose Ciaro Pro for Premiere, or go directly to Adobe Exchange.
2. Select Get plugin on Adobe Exchange.
3. Install Ciaro Pro for Premiere from Adobe Exchange.
4. Use Adobe Premiere Pro 26.3 or newer.

Open the panel in Premiere

In Premiere Pro, open Window → UXP Plugins → Ciaro Pro.

The panel label is Ciaro Pro. The disconnected screen shows the Ciaro Pro mark and a Log in control.

Connect (browser handoff)

You do not paste an API key into the panel.

1. In the panel, select Log in.
2. Premiere opens your browser to Ciaro’s connect page (/integrations/premiere/connect).
3. Sign in or register if needed. After auth, return to that connect page.
4. Approve the connection. The page should confirm that Premiere is connected.
5. Return to Premiere. The panel loads your story workspace.

While the panel shows Connecting to Ciaro Pro…, you can select Abort to cancel and try again.

The connection creates a named API key (shown in Ciaro Developer settings as Ciaro Pro for Premiere 3.0). The panel stores that key in UXP secure storage, not in ordinary localStorage. Closing and reopening the panel should reconnect without logging in again.

After you are connected

You will see:

• a team switcher
• Search stories and sort (Newest first, Oldest first, Name A–Z / Z–A)
• your credit balance in the header
• a story grid
• ••• for Open Ciaro Pro and Log out

Click a story card to open it. The logo in the header also opens the Ciaro web app.

On the story screen, choose a local folder with Choose folder, then use the Sync card to link sequences and manage assets (Update Premiere, Update Ciaro, Check again). See Premiere story folder and project bins.

Log out

Use Log out in the header ••• menu on the stories screen or the story screen. That disconnects this Premiere panel from Ciaro.
