Story before generation
Scripts, scenes, beats, and shot intent give every generation a reason to exist inside the film.
AI made it easier to create an image. Making a film still demands story, direction, continuity, performance, rhythm, and hundreds of connected decisions. Ciaro Pro is the workspace built for all of that.

Script → screen
One workspace for the decisions behind the finished film.

The problem we chose
A compelling film is not one prompt or one beautiful shot. It is a sequence of choices that must survive from the first line of the script to the final frame.
Yet the emerging AI workflow scattered those choices across chat windows, model histories, folders, spreadsheets, editing software, and people’s memory. Every handoff lost context. Every new tool asked the filmmaker to start thinking again from zero.
We built Ciaro Pro to give the production a memory: one place where story, visual direction, characters, shots, generations, performances, edits, and feedback remain part of the same film.
“The model can make material. The filmmaker still has to make meaning.”
What the product protects
The product is designed around the decisions that make work coherent—not around how many isolated outputs it can produce.
Scripts, scenes, beats, and shot intent give every generation a reason to exist inside the film.
References, characters, worlds, performances, and camera choices remain visible while the work develops.
A good shot is only useful if it belongs beside the shots around it. Ciaro keeps the sequence in view.
The workflow leads toward review, edit, sound, versions, and delivery—not an endless gallery of experiments.
One production
Each stage changes the work, but none of them loses the decisions that came before it.
01
Shape the story, scene, dialogue, and dramatic intent.
02
Define the world, cast, coverage, and visual language.
03
Generate, compare, revise, and select shots in context.
04
Build the cut, sound, review path, and delivery versions.

Built close to the work
Ciaro Pro is shaped alongside real films, animation, campaign work, and long-form experiments. The awkward parts of production—the revisions, continuity failures, missing coverage, timing changes, and approval loops—are the product brief.
