- Import it into your editing software
Companion apps and integrations
Ciaro also supports companion workflows for major editing tools.
Adobe Premiere Pro panel
Ciaro Pro for Premiere is the official UXP panel for Adobe Premiere Pro 26.3 or newer.
Install from Adobe Exchange, then in Premiere open Window → UXP Plugins → Ciaro Pro and select Log in.
Get it here: Ciaro Pro for Premiere on Adobe Exchange
In Ciaro, the same card is under Account → Integrations.
The panel syncs story media into Premiere bins, generates image, video, and audio inside Premiere, and can sync sequences from the Sync card (Update Premiere, Update Ciaro). It does not replace this EDL/XML export. Sequence sync shows a Premiere-compatible subset in the Ciaro Video tab and does not auto-detect unsynced Premiere-side edits — use Check again after switching sequences.
See Ciaro Pro for Premiere for the panel workflow.
DaVinci Resolve plugin
Ciaro also has a DaVinci Resolve plugin that lets you sync your Ciaro Pro projects and timelines directly with DaVinci Resolve.
The plugin can be downloaded from Account → Integrations.
Practical tip
After importing an exported timeline into another editor, you may still need to relink media files depending on the tool and your local file paths.
If you want a tighter workflow with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, check the companion app options before relying only on manual export and relink.
