If a feature or capacity is plan-dependent, you may notice that:

• project creation is blocked once you reach an active project limit
• some management features are only available on certain plans
• the app encourages you to archive older projects or upgrade when you hit a limit

Active vs archived projects

Project limits usually matter most for active projects, not archived ones. That is why archiving is often the fastest way to keep working without deleting existing work.

If Ciaro prevents you from creating or keeping more active projects, the usual options are:

• archive projects you are not currently working on
