This section covers account management, billing, generation capacity, security, and support.

Ciaro plans are organized around production needs. Free is for exploring the workflow, Pro is for serious solo creators, and Studio is for crews that share workspaces, seats, and a library of recurring characters, props, locations, and looks.

Billing and capacity

AI-powered operations use generation capacity. Depending on your account, that capacity may appear as included monthly usage, a credit balance, or a workspace-managed allocation (typical when you were invited onto someone else’s Studio).

Use the Billing area to understand:

• your current plan
• available generation capacity or balance
• payment and subscription controls where self-service billing is enabled
• whether you own the workspace or were invited onto a seat

Plan expectations

Free gives you a real taste of the workflow with limited scale.

Pro gives independent creators the workflow depth, capacity, and output quality needed to finish projects.

Studio adds collaboration: invite people to seats, work in shared workspaces, reuse a cast and look across episodes, and set permissions (Script, Concept, Board, Video). See Workspaces, seats, and people and Studio Plan.
