Account Settings Navigation

Account Settings is where you manage the parts of Ciaro that belong to your account rather than a single project.

What you will usually find there

The exact sidebar can vary by plan, but Account Settings is commonly grouped like this:

Account

Personal account information and billing, such as:

• profile details
• credits and billing
• general account information

Workspace

How you work with other people:

• seats and invites (see Workspaces, seats, and people)
• permissions for Script, Concept, Board, and Video
• Integrations (Google Drive, Ciaro Pro for Premiere, DaVinci Resolve)

The production you are currently in is chosen in the app header with Select workspace, not only in this sidebar.

Preferences

How Ciaro behaves for you, such as:

• general preferences
• onboarding-related settings
• Script Editor preferences

Other or advanced sections

Some accounts may also show:

• affiliate program
• developer tools
• security

Why some users see different options

Not every account sees the same settings. Availability can depend on:

• your subscription plan
• whether a feature is enabled for your account
• whether you own the Studio workspace or were invited onto a seat

Invited members often cannot change billing or add seats — that stays with the owner.

Practical tip

If you are looking for something related to your account, seats, or billing rather than the current story, Account Settings is the right place. To switch shows or clients, use Select workspace in the header. For the Premiere panel, open Integrations and see Ciaro Pro for Premiere.
